Art & Collaboration brings together original artworks and creative collaborations where illustration, painting, and surface design meet. The projects range from exhibitions and artistic partnerships to commissioned collections, exploring materials such as ink, watercolour, collage, and textiles. Each collaboration is shaped by a shared creative process, resulting in unique visual expressions across art, design, and applied illustration.
Exhibition with Blue Hour Sthlm at Pumphuset Bistro
This collaborative exhibition, created together with ceramic artist Josefin of Blue Hour, celebrated the beauty of marine life. Inspired by the sea, I exhibited realistic watercolour paintings of fish, shellfish, and seaweed, while Blue Hour presented handcrafted ceramics including fish platters and shell-shaped bowls in a shared coastal colour palette.
To extend the exhibition beyond the walls, I also created embroidered table linens, napkins, and kitchen towels featuring marine motifs. The opening evening combined art, ceramics, and food, with mussels and sparkling wine served to guests, creating an immersive exhibition experience where art, craft, and gastronomy came together.
Artistic Interpretation for Linum’s 2021 Cushion Collection
This collaboration with Linum Design explored the relationship between textile design and fine art. Inspired by the colours, textures, and materials of the 2021 cushion collection, I created a series of expressive ink and watercolour paintings that move between abstraction and representation.
The project also included collage works, created by cutting shapes from earlier watercolour paintings and combining them with delicate line drawings to build layered compositions. The collaboration concluded with a short film documenting the creative process, produced together with photographer Jenny Unnegård.
Surface Design for Granit
For Granit, I designed a collection of surface patterns for kitchen textiles and rugs. Created with fluid ink and expressive brushstrokes, the patterns combine precision with movement, resulting in organic compositions adapted for textile printing.
The project explores the balance between handcrafted expression and functional design, translating original paintings into contemporary home textiles.
